George was a Founding Board Member of Georgian Center. He resigned in 2017 to focus on his professional career as a stand up comedian and professional soccer coach. He enriched our organization with new ideas and new perspectives connecting new partners and supporters with Georgian Center. He came to the United States in 2003 to study Public Administration at the Hamline University after which he found his passion in teaching sports and successfully started coaching in soccer professionally. Back in Georgia, George was involved in promoting Georgian culture and educating youth as the General Manager of the Youth Center of Cultural Affairs.
George is passionate about Georgian culture, language, art and history. He frequently travels to Georgia to stay connected with his roots and also to contribute, in small but sure ways, to the development of the country.
